Massat Hoyer Consulting is our reaction to the increased pace of changing sales tax regulations in the US. The Wayfair decision made in 06/2018 introduced the system of economical nexus, increasing the complexity of sales and use tax management enormously. Since then most states introduced new sales and use tax obligation, also called nexus. However, no two states nexus laws are alike, leading to more than 11.000 different sales tax jurisdictions for remote seller.

ANDREW A. MASSAT
Andrew brings over a decade of experience in functional and business process modeling to client projects at Massat Consulting Group. After three years working at Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, Andrew joined the family firm in 2013 in New York.
Serge J. Massat
After developing a joint venture consulting department with the US subsidiary of a French bank he started his own independent CPA practice in New York in 1986. He then opened the offices of Mexico in 1994, Miami in 2010 and Luxembourg in 2015.
Valentin's studies of Business Information Technologies, allow for a new understanding on how to use IT and new business strategies to grow business operations. His understanding of modern technologies and Data Science helped to grow Massat Group by 50% in only one year.
